Not sure if they are truly stir fried maybe a little combo of steam/sauteed...maybe. Whatever they are we call them stir fry and they are delish! It's a great side dish with asian flavored chicken or pork.
Veggies:
onions, sliced and halved
bell peppers (all colors work great),
carrots (sliced in thin rounds)
sliced mushrooms
small broccoli florets
1 bag of angel hair cabbage slaw
1T. sesame oil
1T. minced garlic
1T. soy sauce
In large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add onions, peppers, carrots, mushrooms. Quickly mix around in skillet for 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Lastly, add bag of slaw. Skillet will be full, but it will decrease once cabbage cooks down. Once cabbage is cooked, add garlic and soy sauce. Serve immediately.
