This is a take on the standard 4 layer pudding dessert recipe which we LOVE. This one is just as good, but comes with oreo crust to make black white black white layers-ta da zebra dessert. Which is perfect for my girls who think zebra print is fabulous!
35 Oreo cookies, crushed
6T. butter, melted
8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
12-oz. cool whip
3 1/4 c. plus 2 T. milk
2 small packages of instant chocolate pudding mix
Mix crushed cookies and butter in small bowl. Press into bottom of 9x13 dish. Chill 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 2 T. milk until well blended. Fold in 1 1/4 c. cool whip. Spread over crust.
Pour 3 1/4 milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat 2 minutes or until well blended. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 minutes.
Spread remaining cool whip on top. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
