Cheddar Pecan Quiche

Crust:
1 c. flour
1 c. shredded cheddar
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. paprika
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Combine 1st 5 ingredients.  Mix well and add oil.  Press dough into a 9 inch pie plate.  Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.

Filling:
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c.chicken broth
1/4 c. mayo
3 eggs
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c.shredded cheddar
1/4 c. finely diced onion
2-3 dashes of hot sauce

Pecan Halves

Mix all but pecans. Pour over crust.  Arrange Pecan Halves over chicken mixture around the edge of the crust.  Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
