Egg Casserole

This is a family favorite for as long as I can remember.

Egg Casserole

1 lb. ground sausage, cooked and drained
3 slices of bread torn into cubes
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. cheese
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. ground mustard

Mix all and place in 8x8 or 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
