Caramel Pie

Oh this dessert is so delicious.  Very easy, but takes some time to get the caramel made.  

1 graham cracker crust
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
mini chocolate chips
chopped pecans
whipped cream

To make caramel...
Remove labels from cans of condensed milk.  Place unopened cans in large pot of boiling water making sure cans are completely covered.  Boil for 4 hours.  Check occasionally and add water to make sure cans stay covered.  After 4 hours, remove from water and allow to cool.  

To assemble pie...
Spoon caramel into pie crust.  
Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
