Easy Honey Mustard Chicken

So easy!!  3 ingredients and dinner is ready - score.  It's also ready in under 30 minutes - another score!


1/2 -1 cup Honey Mustard Dressing (Ken's and O'Charley's are my favs)
1 package of boneless, skinless chicken cutlets
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350.
Pour honey mustard in a bowl.  Dip chicken cutlets so that both sides are covered.  Lay chicken pieces on baking sheet.  Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.  Remove from oven.  Sprinkle with cheese and put under the broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.

We served with brown rice.
