Buckeyes (Peanut Butter Balls)

So good!

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
3T. butter, softened
1 lb. chocolate coating

In a mixing bowl, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter and butter. Roll into balls.   Use your favorite method to melt the chocolate coating (double boiler, microwave, etc.).  Dip balls halfway in chocolate.  Sit on wax paper to set.
