3 medium summer squash or Zucchini or a combo of the 2
1 small onion, diced
1 t. minced garlic
1 T. butter
Salt and peper to taste
Directions:
Slice the squash/zucchini into rounds. Put squash and onion in a pot and cover with water. Add garlic, butter, salt and pepper. Cover pot, bring water to a boil and boil until tender about 10 minutes. Drain and add more salt and pepper to taste.
