Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

This was Delish!  The kids loved it and so did my husband.

Honey Mustard Chicken
3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 of a small yellow onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup of grainy, course mustard
1/4 cup smooth dijion mustard
1/2 cup honey
3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 of a small yellow onion, diced
2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
salt and pepper
3 - 4 small sprigs of fresh rosemary

Preheat oven to 400.  

Heat olive oil in skillet.  Saute onion until softened.  Add garlic and saute 1 more minute.  Remove from heat.  Add in mustards and honey.  Whisk together to combine.  

In a 9x13 baking dish lay out chicken tenders.  Season with salt and pepper.  Pour honey mustard mix over chicken.  Arrange Rosemary around chicken.  

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken it cooked through.  Serve immediately with rice.
