Toffee Ice Cream Dessert

1 package of Pecan Sandies Cookies, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 regular size boxes of instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1/2 gallon softened butter pecan ice cream
8 oz. Cool Whip
6 small heath bars, crushed

Combine crumbs and melted butter.  Sprinkle in 9x13 or larger pan and pat down.  Follow directions on pudding package to make pudding but only use 2 cups of milk.  Add ice cream.  Spread over crumbs.  Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with crushed heath bars.  Cover and freeze.
