Fettuccine Alfredo

Serve with salad and bread...and wine!

Fettuccine Alfredo

8oz. Fettucine pasta, cooked and drained.

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 t. salt
dash of pepper

Fresh Parsley

Melt butter and cream in 2qt. saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until butter is melted. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over pasta. Sprinkle with fresh parsley
