Alan isn't big on icing so I'm always trying to figure out a good dessert for his birthday. He loves this cake we have at church and it's so easy.
Chocolate Toffee Cake
1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 container of Cool Whip
1 bag of Toffee Chips
Bake cake according to package directions in 9x13 pan. When cool, spread caramel topping on the cake. Sprinkle with toffee bits. Frost with cool whip and add a few more toffee chips.
