Pork Chop Parmesan

I usually prefer our pork chops grilled, however, even down here in Alabama it's been cold.  So cold that I feel bad asking my husband to go out and grill our dinner.  I started racking my brain for something to do with these and remembered an old recipe we used to have when I was little.  3 ingredients people - 3 ingredients for a super quick entrée. 


4 center cut 1/2 -3/4 thick porkchops
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 c. grated parmesan


Season pork chops wit
h salt and pepper.  Place in 8x8 baking dish.  In small bowl, mix together soup and cheese.  Spread over pork chops.  Cover dish with foil and put in 350 oven for 40-45 minutes.  Serve over rice.   I sprinkled with a little paprika for color.
