Pork Tenderloin Sliders

1 pork tenderloin, cooked and sliced into 20 pieces
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 T. butter
1/4 c. mayo
2 t. prepared horseradish sauce
5 slices of mozzerella cheese, cut into half
1 package of sister shubert yeast rolls (comes in bags of 10),


In small skillet, melt butter over low-medium heat.  Add onions,  slowly cook down  until golden brown and caramelized.  Remove from heat and set aside.  Take about 20 minutes

Meanwhile, mix together mayo and horseradish.  Set aside.

Prepare rolls according to package directions.

To assemble sandwiches, slice rolls in half with a serrated knife. Top with cheese slice half, onions, 2 slices of pork and a little horseradish sauce.
