Chicken Noodle

This is so yummy and makes a lot for leftovers.

3 bone in chicken breasts
32oz. chicken broth
32 oz. package of thin noodles, cooked according to package directions.

Cook chicken breasts in crock pot with enough water to cover on high for 4 hours.  Remove chicken breasts and debone.  Set meat aside.  Pour broth through sieve and reserve chicken broth.  In large soup/stew pot add chicken broth and reserved broth, meat and noodles. If it does not look like enough liquid, add some water.  Heat over medium heat until warmed through.    Season with salt and pepper.

If you aren't afraid of some carbs, we like to serve chicken noodle over a big scoop of mashed potatoes. Absolutely the best comfort food!
