Artichoke Dip - Tailgate Saturday

I love this dip.  I can remember having this dip at a family I babysat for and thought it was the best dip I ever had. This was one of the first recipes I can remember making also!  Quick and Easy - great for games, showers, parties. I've had another version of this dip that I love equally - but we'll save that one for another day.

Artichoke Dip
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. mayo
1 c. parmesan cheese

Mix all. Place into 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 300 for 25 minutes until warm and bubbly.  Serve with crackers and crostini.
