Cheesesteak Crescents

Our family loves sandwiches and baked sandwiches make for a warm, quick meal that is perfect for dinner.  Serve with veggies and dip to round out the meal.

2 T. butter
1 onion, sliced into thin rings
1 bell pepper, finely diced
3/4 lb. deli roast beef, chopped.
1/3 c. beef broth
8 oz. cream cheese
2 8-oz. tubes of crescent roll dough

Preheat oven to 375.

In a small skillet, melt butter and saute onions and bell peppers over medium heat.   When vegetables are soft add in chopped roasted beef.  Add in beef broth and cream cheese and stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is combined.  Remove from heat.

Seperate crescent dough into triangles and scoop 2 tablespoons of meat mixture onto each triangle on the wide end.  Roll up and seal crescents. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
