1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 t. minced garlic
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 pkg. crescent rolls
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 bag, Dorito chips, crushed
In skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. When there is very little pink, drain fat and add taco seasoning, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Cook on low 5-10 minutes to thicken.
In 9x13 baking dish, press out crescent rolls to form a crust. Top with meat/tomato mixture.
In a small bowl, mix sour cream and cream cheese. Spread over meat mixture. Top with shredded cheddar and crushed chips. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
