Peach Pie

1 c. sugar
3 T. corn starch
Place in saucepan.  Mix well and add 2 T. corn syrup and 1 c. of hot water.  Cook until clear and thick.  Remove from heat.  Add 2 T. peach jello powder and 4 drops of yellow food coloring.  Let cool

Add 2 cups of slice peaches to above mix.  Stir well and place in prebaked pie crust.  Top with whipped cream and place in fridge to chill before serving.
