I used this on pork for Greek style Kabobs served with this pasta salad.
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 t. dried oregano
1 t. salt
1 t. fresh black pepper
1/2 c. olive oil
Mix all and refrigerate if not using immediately.
Pour mix over pork and marinate. Sprinkle pork with greek seasoning before skewering. Grill.
