This was a good recipe I made to go with our white chili the other night. I really liked it.

Southwest Cornbread
1t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
3/4 c. yellow cornmeal (mine was self rising)
3 T. melted butter
1 can corn, drained
1 small can diced green chiles
1/4 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

mix all. Pour into greased 8x8 dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
