Swiss Chicken for the Crockpot

It's hot here in the south! Too hot for the oven to be on - IMO!
Here's a great one for the crockpot - to keep the house from getting too hot.


1 package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 box of stove top dressing
1 small jar of sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese

Lay chicken in crock pot. Top with Swiss cheese.
In mixing bowl, mix soup, broth, stove top and mushrooms and layer over chicken and cheese.
Top with parmesan cheese.
Cook on high 3 hours.

I shredded my chicken when it was done and mixed it throughout to be more like a casserole and so there would be small bites for my children.
