Greek Style Chicken Kebobs

Marinade:
1 bottle of Greek Dressing (I like Ken's)
juice of 1 lemon
1 t. minced garlic
1/3 c. mayo
Whisk together

2 lbs. of chicken cut into cubes
1 red onion, chunked

marinate chicken overnight.

Thread chicken alternately with red onion pieces on skewers.

Grill until done.

Serve with orzo pasta salad and hummus and pita bread!
