Squash Casserole

We had this the other night and that we always have for Thanksgiving.


3 c. cooked yellow squash, drained
2 pieces of bread, torn into small pieces
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
