Zucchini Bread

2c. sugar
1c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1t. salt
1t. cinnamon
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped pecans
2t. vanilla

Mix together ingredients as listed. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until cake tester in the center of the bread comes out clean.
