Peaches and Cream Oatmeal

1 c. oats
1c. milk
3/4 c. water
1 T. brown sugar
1/4 t. Cinnamon
2 sliced peaches
2 t. Butter
In small saucepan, heat water and milk until boiling. Add oats and brown sugar. cook 1 minute and reduce heat and let sit 3-5 minutes until thickened. Divide among 2 bowls. Top with peaches, butter and a splash of milk.
