Sour Cream Apple Coffee Cake

1 yellow cake mix
Large box of instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. cinnamon
4-6 Golden Delicious Apples, pared and sliced

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream and oil in a mixing bowl; beat with mixer on high speed for 5 minutes.  Meanwhile, combine cinnamon and sugar and set aside

Pour half the cake batter into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar mix.  Arrange 1/2 the sliced apples flat in rows.  Cover with remaining batter and repeat steps.  Bake 350 for 1 hour.
