Beer Bread

Hands down the easiest bread you'll ever make.  Any beer works - I typically use a light beer such as coors light or miller lite.

1 12-oz beer at room temp
3 c. self rising flour
3 T. sugar
1/2 stick of  butter, melted

Combine beer, flour, and sugar and mix well with wooden spoon. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Pour butter over batter after it's in the pan.  Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
