Witch Hats - Halloween Treats

These witch hats are so cute and easy for Halloween.  My girls love making them.

Fudge Stripe cookies
ready made icing (we used chocolate, but use another color for contrast to make a band)
Hershey Kisses

Turn the fudge stripes upside down. Put a little chocolate icing on the bottom of a Hershey Kiss.  Stick Hershey Kiss in the middle of the cookie.  Ta - Da a Witch Hat!
