1 8-oz. package of fine Egg Noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 t. salt
1/8 t. ground black pepper
1/4 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. onion powder
1 8-0z. can of tomato sauce
8-oz. package of lite cream cheese, softened
8-oz. lite sour cream
1 bunch of green onions
1 c. shredded cheddar
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef in skillet. Add next 5 ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.
In a large casserole dish, layer noodles, meat mixture, cream cheese mix, and top with shredded cheddar. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated throughout.
