Meatloaf

It is the one my mom always made and one Alan really likes. Mom's had a brown sugar and ketchup topping that I prefer not to have on the meatloaf. I top ours either with just ketchup or nothing. Tonight I am going to do it plain and add gravy with mashed potatoes.

Roast Meatloaf
1-2lbs. ground beef
1 medion onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 c. milk
1 T. parsley
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. thyme
1/4 t. pepper

Mix all. Put into 9x13 pan and shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 min.
