Sweet Potato Fries2-3 medium sweet potatoes, julienned into 1/4-wide strips
3 T. olive oil
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 T. Corn starch
This is a picture of my sweet potatoes after they were julienned. I have to admit I use a mandolin for easy prep. This is the perfect size and I like that they are uniform for even cooking.
They make a great, easy side dish!
