Happy Memorial Day

A yummy side for summer BBQ's


LOADED BAKED POTATO SALAD

3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayo
8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 c. red onion, finely chopped
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
6 medium baking potatoes, baked, cooled, peeled and chopped
1/2 bunch of green onions, thinly sliced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine 1st ingredients and refrigerate 4-6 hours. Add green onions and cheese before serving.
